This is the best book ever about the body when it comes to stretching, pole, aerial and gymnastics! The content is amazing and so clear. I have expanded my knowledge so much on anatomy, stretches, etc. It is a must buy for everyone! I have used it every single day since it arrived on my doorstep. Buying the book has also made me stretch more often and I know everything now which is occurring in my body making me much more flexible and it also helps me to know what I am doing right and wrong helping me progress more. I also brought the ring bound book and am so happy regarding the quality and I can fold my book in half without needing to worry about damaging it! If you’re thinking of buying it! Go for it!

  2. This book is absolutely amazing. Searched for a book about stretching tequniches for moving forward with my own stretching. Also I became a stretching instructor and for that it really helps a lot. It is a hugh inspiration. With the combination of pictures and short description you can use it as a lexicon. There are not just passiv and active stretching exercises but also for warm up or partner stretches!
    But the most important thing for me is that you feel it is a book with character and written with heart. There are many personal experiences, tips and tricks. I just can recommend this book for everybody interested in stretching!

  3. I love this book. It is made with so good taste: nice colors, good pictures and really informative explanations. Also they have include a “difficulty grade” in each of the stretches so you can know what to try first and keep improving. It is “the dream book” for those who love stretching. Well done, team!   4. I am so in love with this book! Going through this is giving me such a better understanding of why we do certain stretches and a better connection with my body over all.
    I’ve shown my boyfriend and he evens wants to borrow it for weightlifting! He wants to use it to check which muscles will be benefiting from which exercises and just keep an eye on his body whilst trying to gain mass,. I’ve warned him to go careful with the stretches themselves though.

  5. There are so many different exercises for each part of the body, and even modifications for each exercise with description. I only had time to try some of them and they helped open up different areas of muscles which I didn’t know how to stretch before. This book is great for me to add more to my stretching routine. The partner stretches are really fun too, but must be done with caution. Overall it’s a great resource and great investment. I use it daily. Thank you Kate !
