General Returns/Exchange Information
No returns will be accepted during closing down sale
Please note we do not accept returns made on special events/sales or custom orders.
Before returning your order, you must contact us
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, providing that items are in new, un-worn condition and in the original packaging.
The customer must declare the parcel as a return on any customs forms
The customer is responsible for all postage costs for returns and exchanges unless the product is faulty. The Bendy Brand will only replace and refund a product free of charge if the product has been proved faulty.
The return/exchange must be in a re-sellable condition (unused)
If the product was damaged by the customer, or is returned unclean – no refunds can be made
A refund/exchange can only be completed once the garment has undergone a thorough inspection process.
If a returned product does not pass the inspection process and is not deemed as being in a re-sellable condition, no refund will be issued.
No exchanges or returns on books or yoga equipment unless the products are deemed faulty.
If a return order is lost in the post no refunds/exchanges can be made

Thank you for respecting our returns and exchanges policy. We are only a small company so serial returns can be very detrimental to the success of our company.
Shipping
We are only shipping to the UK and ROW (not EU)
Packing turn around time is 1-2 working days before your order will be shipped and longer during sales and new releases
All orders are sent with tracking (Evri), if you haven’t received your tracking number please get in touch via email
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel
Our website calculates your postage on the heaviest weighing product and your country. If you make a very large order, we might need to get back in touch to increase the amount of postage paid
To get a postage estimate all you have to do is put the item in your basket, add your address and click ‘calculate shipping’
Our postage prices to the UK include VAT
Please allow 31 working days for your parcel to arrive to some overseas destinations

Local Pickup is Bendy Studio BS14 9BZ. Opening hours are Mon – Fri 9.30-16.30 excluding bank holidays.
We hand print our environmentally friendly cardboard postage bags, and tissue wrap all Bendy Brand products to make your experience with us special. A lot of love goes into every single order
What if my product/garment is faulty?
It is extremely rare that you will receive a faulty or damaged product, but if this is the case please email us immediately at bendykateclothing@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will try to get this sorted ASAP and send you a replacement in the post or offer you a refund.
If you have received the wrong item in your order, just let us know and we will sort it out
Customs
Orders from the UK to the EU will be charged customs by their local customs office
This is usually taxed at 20%
It is the customers responsibility to keep an eye on tracking for customs information updates
The customs process if likely to slow down the overall speed that it takes for your parcel arrive.

We try our best to keep sizing consistent but sometimes certain fabric possesses more stretch than others, but we always make sure to add this into the product description
